This smocked 2T dress by Ragsland is adorable!  It is in excellent used condition.  It has three smocked Hula girls and their grass skirts are made out of green thread.  The straps cross in the back and it buttons in the back too.  It is made out of lime green seersucker and has hot pink ric rack embellishments.
